ONLINE EXCHANGES PURCHASE POLICY
E-purchases can be exchanged at any of FEETNESS stores or online.
In case you would like to exchange your recent e-purchase online, please send us an exchange request by contacting our customer service on +961 03 715994.
Exclusively for online exchanges, a 1st time exchange of orders that were not initially subject to a delivery fee, will be free of charge.
A 2nd time exchange on same order will be subject to an LBP20,000 delivery charge. Online exchange requests on the same order is accepted for up to 2 times only.
We will gladly exchange items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition
ONLINE REFUNDS PURCHASE POLICY
Refund of e-purchases is not availablae. We will be updating you once we will provide this service exclusively at any of FEETNESS store for faulty goods only.
In case you would like to request a refund against your recent faulty e-purchase, simply bring your item(s) to the nearest Feetness store along with your invoice, ID Card and Credit Card used on purchase. We will gladly refund items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your GS account.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
