FAQ

Can I exchange my purchased items?

Gift purchases can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded. E-purchases can be exchanged at any of FEETNESS stores or online. In case you would like to exchange your recent e-purchase online, please send us an exchange request by contacting our customer service on +961 03 715994. Exclusively for online exchanges, a 1st time exchange of orders that were not initially subject to a delivery fee, will be free of charge.  Online exchange requests on the same order is accepted for 1 time only.  We will gladly exchange items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition. For Full-price Merchandise: Exchange within 15 days of purchase date. For Sale/Promotion Merchandise: Exchange within 07 days of purchase date. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Items returned are not exchangeable with Gift Cards. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Can I Refund my purchased items?

Refund of e-purchases is not available. In case you would like to request a refund against your recent faulty e-purchase, simply bring your item(s) to the nearest Feetness store along with your invoice, ID Card and Credit Card used on purchase. We will gladly refund items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition. Items on Sale are not refundable. Refund is accepted within 10 days of purchase date. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Refunds will be made at purchase price and will exclude delivery charges. The name on the ID card should be the same name appearing on the Credit Card used on purchase and the Customer name on the receipt. Gift purchases cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs and is discovered upon receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund as per above refund terms. Simply return the faulty goods to any of our FEETNESS point of sales within 10 days from purchase date. Where possible and upon your approval, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will offer you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund as per above refund terms. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, you can do that at any of our FEETNESS point of sales.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your FEETNESS account.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. Do you have Gift Cards?

You can select and purchase the gift card of your choice directly from any of Feetness Stores.

How do I make a purchase at www.feetness.co?

Shopping through Feetness website is easy: You can purchase any item from the men, women or kids sections. Once you have chosen an item, choose your color, size and click on the 'Add To Cart’ button on the product page and review the items in your cart. Before proceeding to checkout: You need to register and create a new account by simply filling your name, email address, phone number and password in the “Account” section. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your order.

Will my personal information be kept confidential?

Reasonable efforts are taken to limit the use of the information; however customer data may be disclosed in certain situations if required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Can I completely cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it.

What are the payment options when I place an order online?

You can choose to pay cash on delivery or with an international credit bank card.

What currency do I pay in?

Payments are only accepted in USD.
