Exchange Policy
- For Full-Price Items: Exchange within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- For Sale & Promotion Items: Exchange within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Exchange requests on the same order are accepted only once without delivery charges.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

Refund & Return Policy
- Cash refund is not available.
